100% original Heer Tropical Pith Helmet insignia.  These insignia were carded and sold as a novelty by mail order in the 1960s and 1970s in various American men’s interest and adventure magazines.  A nice unissued pair of shields. There is some corner damage and creasing to the informational card, but remains a nice presentation.
