Soviet ShM-41 with MT-4 Filter and Carrier.  This mask in in unissued condition from former Soviet military stocks.  Mask, filter, carrier, and hose are all in excellent condition.  We scored a few of these out of Russia just as the Covid pandemic set in.  We waited 6 long months for delivery, but they arrived to us in the U.S.A. and were worth the wait.
