Offered is this rather nice Red Army Tent/Poncho or “Plasch Palatka”.   This one is nice because of the relatively low level of fading to the olive color.  It is an earlier specimen, appears to be dated 38 or 39.  Most of the toggles are in place.  The drawstrings are partially there.  The leather corner grommets a very soft and flexible, which is uncommon to see. If you needed one for a Red Army display or kit, this is a strong candidate.
