This shoulder braid was worn on the black uniforms by the enlisted ranks and NCOs of the Algemeine SS.   This specimen appears to have possibly been a slip on type that was cut off.  It is possible that it is a sewn in type that has been taken off of a tunic as well.  Clean, but a little misshapen from storage.
