Wartime Luftwaffe Seat/Parachute.  This is an incomplete specimen as far as the packing is concerned.  We have not (and will not) unpack it further.  Oral history on this item is that it was sent home to be used for a wedding dress by a vet that ended up KIA before the war’s end.  There is no further provenance to this.   What remains is in good condition and quite clean. Some dents and scuffs to the aluminum seat form.  Designation label is intact.  This would make a good place holder in a Luftwaffe flieger collection as 100% complete rigs can get quite expensive.
