Offered is this interesting armband of unknown purpose or use.  I have been advised that the construction is a French style, so possible impressed into use by the German occupiers.  It is a 2 sided affair, red and white.  On both sides, it is dated 1940 and marked for the Flieger Unterkunft Verwaltung (Fl.U.V).  If you have information, please let us know.
