This natural, pebbled textured ersatz magazine pouch is for the German G43/K43 rifle. It is typical of the examples from the horde found a few years back in the Ukraine. This one is unmarked The ersatz leather is in excellent condition generally. The pouch is exceptionally clean other than some minor rust to the rivets. This example also lacks the sloppy over paint found on the metal hardware of items such as this from former Soviet military. One of the leather lid sides does exhibit some damage as shown in the photo.
